The award winning Grange Farm Centre is eco friendly building, housing community hall / function room, changing facilities for players and officials, offices for the centre staff and home to the Essex Wildlife wardens.  The building has a number eco friendly features these include reused timber, cedan roof (living roof), ground source heat pumps and solar panels.   The building design won a Green Apple award in 2011 for its innovative design, this was won in partnership with Tooley and Fosters architects.

The building has already home to a number of community based clubs and associations, included in these are ever developing Colebrook Royals FC, who have recently been awarded with the community standard status by the Essex FA.    The Grange Farm Centre also offers its facilities to its neighbours, Chigwell School, Chigwell Riding Trust and Jubilee Lodge.
